He is passionate about litigation across employment, human rights, real estate, commercial, insurance and general civil disputes. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Uganda Christian University (UCU), a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LDC) and is pursuing an LL.M in International Humanitarian Law at Makerere University (MAK).
Philip is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda (and subordinate courts) and is a member of the East African Law Society (EALS) and the Uganda Law Society (ULS). He is noted for work in IHL & refugee law, immigration, disaster response and broader humanitarian engagements, as well as IP, taxation, elections law, banking & negotiable instruments, recoveries and land/company transactions.
