- Won a case against Stanbic bank; Senyonjo Moses and another v Stanbic Bank Limited decided in favour of our client Ssenyonjo, an illiterate who entered into a lease financing agreement with Stanbic bank to purchase a fleet of buses without understanding the terms. Court found that the bank took advantage of his illiteracy thus declaring the contract unenforceable and ordering Stanbic Bank to refund all the money our client had paid.
- Successfully acted for our client Kakira Sugar Works in the case of Kakira Sugar Works Limited v Patrick Masombo and another instituted to recover shs 1,429,000,000 that had been embezzled by a racket of its employees.
